Three secluded and private self catering chalets situated on the tranquil shores of Loch Feochan, five miles south of Oban. Five acres of wooded amenity area is reserved for the sole use of the chalet occupants with a bird/nature lookout. Otters, Seals, Herons and Buzzards are all part of the natural surroundings, and the hills are covered with an abundance of flowers and fauna.
We have stayed at Otter 5 times now and it is like coming home with a view that never disappoints.
Warm and comfortable the chalet is well equipped and makes an excellent base for exploring the area.
It is an absolutely beautiful location, we were blessed with fantastic weather, clear moonlit skies, glorious sunlight during the day and spectacular views. Great for just relaxing in a calm and peaceful place, sitting, looking and listening to wildlife. And if you are into boats - a top spot. BUT do not tell anyone else about this place or they will all want to come here! Keep it secret. The cabins are cleverly designed, warm and comfortable, with all the basic equipment. Take your own provisions as it is off the beaten track,
