Have just spent a lovely long weekend at Airhouses with a group of friends. The Capercaillie is a beautiful house exceptionally fitted out and so comfortable. This was our second visit and once again we were struck by the peace and tranquillity this place has to offer. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and the welcome breakfast basket was delicious and a real taste of Border produce
Can’t fault this place. It had everything we needed from hot tub to BBQ hut to panoramic views over the stunning, unspoilt Border landscape. Perfect
We've stayed here several times before and have once again enjoyed an amazing weekend.
The Buchanan is spotless, very nicely furnished and stocked with everything you could wish for.
The breakfast basket is full of delicious local produce and the little gift bag also has local goodies!
The hot tub is very well maintained, the water being checked twice daily. It's perfect to relax in whilst enjoying the lovely countryside views.
