The Blue Lobster wooden forestry cottage is nestled at the end of a small road in the forest of Glen Eynort on the Isle of Skye. It is only a short walk from the cottage to the sheltered seashore where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the coastline and the soothing sounds of the waves. The surrounding forest features several walking routes of varying lengths and challenge levels.

Overall, it was a very nice stay. The vacation rental has potential. The patio and garden are beautiful. The interior decor is okay but could use some improvement. In particular, the sofas, curtains, and mattresses should be upgraded. In the entryway, there is a boiler that had a strong smell of heating oil. The owner is aware of this, and it will be repaired in the coming months. The location is lovely, quiet, and very private. There’s a beautiful forest right on the doorstep. The service was excellent; all questions were answered quickly, and we received helpful assistance.
