Poor quality Bedframe mattress bedding Cover too big for quilt bedroom downstairs no net at window so always dark that’s all I can say poor

We are quite confused by your review, as none of these issues were mentioned to us during your stay. For clarity, there are curtains downstairs (hence no net at the window), and all beds, mattresses, and bedding meet standard quality. We always encourage guests to raise concerns during their stay so we can address them promptly.

A great location to visit Chichester. A very comfortable and well equipped spacious home, Kitchen needs a little sorting out as hard to find where mugs and glasses were stored at first. Would be nice if there was some way to get a shower in the upstairs bathroom. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

My colleague took on board your feedback re the configuration of the kitchen and we will ask housekeeping to take a look at how the cupboards are arranged. We would love a shower upstairs but unfortunately too big of a project at the moment. Please do get in touch if you visit the area again.
