This quirky three bedroom town house is positioned perfectly right on the sea front in Selsey with stunning views of the coast.

On the ground floor there is a shower with WC, going up to the first floor you will find the living/dining room with full height doors across the width of the room showcasing the stunning views of the sea. The kitsch 1970's kitchen has everything you will need to comfortably self cater for your stay with washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, cafetiere, microwave and cooker. Going up to the second floor you will find the three bedrooms, one twin to the rear and two double bedrooms to the front both with views of the sea, there is also the family bathroom on this floor with a bath with shower over.

Selsey is a charming village with lots of lovely pubs and restaurants together with day to day shopping and some quirky gift shops and curiosity shops. Venture to Chichester for more comprehensive shopping and to enjoy walks around the Roman walls. Portsmouth with the Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays in a short distance away to the west and famous Brighton is about 45 minutes to the east.

Great short break

Great location, can not fault anything will return.
Only thing i would have liked was a later check out, but understand reason for vacating the premises at 10.00am.

Outstanding Location. Large comfortable property.

The location of this properly was amazing. The sea views were fanatic and the living room layout provided a comfortable vantage point to take advantage of them. We would not hesitate to book again! The bench is 30 seconds walk over the road (which is fairly quiet). The sea was great to swim in and was calm throughout our stay.
The 1970/80s decor was quirky and functional, just be careful in the kitchen, the draws come all the way out if pulled and this can be dangerous (landing on feet/small children). The vacuum cleaner that was provided also needs a new belt as the brush doesn't spin.
I would recommend that the owners allow more food storage in the kitchen as one cupboard isn't really enough space for food storage for a group of 5. There are lots of other cupboards but they are all full of retro, and not particularly useful, pots pans and other items.
If you visit, make sure you walk around Selsey Bill and you can see the sunset over Portsmouth as well as the Isle of Wight.
