A very relaxing break in a very comfortable house with a great location. We would come back here again. Henry Adams agent were very helpful. The beach can be accessed through a few minute walk across from the house which was a highlight for us.
House works well for a group of 8 people and a dog. Lovely tv area
Very close to other areas for exploring such as Littlehampton
Would have been good to have each bathroom with an accessible shower and would suggest as induction hob to take a non stick frying pan with you for ease
Highly recommend Innisfree

A great house for a family get together. The beach is very close and easy to access. The house was well set up for young children and a pet. Good backyard and facilities.

We were a family of 7 adults, 2 babies and a dog. The house worked really well and was a good sociable space for us all. It felt homely and comfortable. Thoughtful touches like toys for the children were a bonus. The location was good for access to beaches, walks and visiting the surrounding areas.
We had a great stay and would have no hesitation in going back.

Innisfree is a very nice house with plenty of room for a family gathering. Everything you need including comfy beds. Some of the dining chairs were a bit rickety so needed care and the washing machine was broken and didn't get attended to while we were there. The garden was perfect for our dog but the grass was very long which made it difficult clearing up after him. The bbq was very dirty so we abandoned that idea as was the extra fridge in the garage which would have been useful as the fridge in the house is only an under counter size.
Overall, it was a good experience and we mention the things above so there is an opportunity to fix these things. Having run a holiday home myself for many years it is not helpful if folks don't tell you!

We had a fantastic long weekend exploring West Sussex based at Innisfree - three generations plus cockapoo for a family gathering. The house is well equipped and extremely comfortable and stylishly decorated and its close proximity to the beach was the big draw for us. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

This is a lovely house with great interior design. It is spacious with 2 lounges, 3 bathrooms and a large garden. There was plenty of room for our 8 adults and 3 dogs. There are a couple of balconies too to sit on and catch the sun. We used the large barbecue which worked well.
It is a two minute safe walk to the beach and there is a kayak and paddle board to use if wanted. There is both a local shop and a pub which was very friendly and served good food in walking distance.
Everything was in good condition and modern and we found everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked with both implements and condiments etc.
Highly recommended - we had a great stay there. The hosts were also very welcoming.
