Our stay was very comfortable. The house is very family friendly with a great lay out and generally well equipped. Only slight quibble was that the inventory states there is a microwave but we couldn’t find one for sterilising baby bottles. The en suite in the second bedroom is a little tired and the toilet was stained and there was an odour in that room , which did not reflect the excellent standards in the rest of the house, as the rest of the house was clean and inviting. The decor and living space are to be noted. Our 9 month old grandson had plenty of space to crawl on a tiled underfloor heated floor and the floor to ceiling glass doors in the kitchen/diner/family room provides a beautiful view and access to a lovely enclosed garden. The location of the house is exceptional in a lovely, quiet and private road. Open countryside and a private beach are a short stroll away and West Wittering and East Wittering are a short drive away or accessed by a coastal walk. The agents and owners were very quick to respond to our queries. We would not hesitate in recommending this property and would love to stay there again.
