We stayed at Southwood between properties - the sale of our house and moving into our holiday home. The property is located in a small country village with a bluebell wood but a short walk away and a nature reserve - Kingley Vale - a short drive away. A stunning walk to the top with views over to the IOW. Chichester is but 4 miles away with its beautiful cathedral. As this was a January - February stay the heating needed to be on (incl in price). We were lovely and warm. Beautiful countryside views out of both front and back upstairs windows. We had a problem with the shower which was attended to urgently by both the owner and agent. The only negative was the continual wet weather which was beyond everyone’s control!

It was a very beautiful Cottage next to a Natural area. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the few.days

It was just as described if not better! Beautifully clean and so peaceful. Gorgeous walks near by and seeing deer in the fields around us was magical.
