A new luxuriously finished modern property located in Clifden town, on an elevated site overlooking the Owenglen river and Clifden showgrounds home to the world renowned Clifden Connemara Pony Show. Short breaks available all year round. A perfect property for families and friends to share.

We originally reserved Cottage 482 because we thought my sister and her family would be joining us for our week in Clifden. Though they had to cancel, the house could have easily accommodated a larger group (upstairs bedroom has a pull out IKEA king sleeper bed, in addition to the full bed, and downstairs couch could be used for sleeping, too). The house felt luxuriously spacious for our family of 4 (2 parents, one 16-year-old, and one 11-year-old). The cottage was well-equipped with kitchen supplies, books, toys, games, and everything guests need to feel at home-away-from-home.

The house is in a delightful neighborhood, an easy, safe walk into Clifden, set amongst kind and friendly neighbors. We had a late-night maintenance concern and James, the caretaker, responded to our text within minutes and came out early the next day to address the problem. Love Connemara Cottages provided excellent customer care and hospitality. We look forward to staying with them during our next trip to Clifden. Definitely recommend this house!

Maison très lumineuse et spacieuse. Récente avec tous les équipements nécessaires ( hormis le sèche linge... dommage quand il pleut).
Emplacement au calme mais tout proche des commerces et des activités de Clifden. Nous avons apprécié nous rendre à pied dans la ville.

My family and I were immediately at home. The house was in pristine condition. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics, plus nice-to-have items like an air fryer. My kids enjoyed the assortment of books and toys. The shower pressure was amazing.
The location was fantastic. It's an easy walk into town, but just far enough that you feel removed.
The only negative is that there is no clothes dryer in the house. Traveling with kids, we had to do several loads of laundry while at the house. Using the clothesline outside took a bit more planning and watching the weather than I'm used to.
I would absolutely stay here again!

We felt very lucky to find this property, it was very spacious, well-maintained, spotless and had everything you would require for a holiday. It was only 5 minute walk from Clifden town centre, next to a brook and with a friendly horse opposite. The property had lots of hot water, great showers, very comfortable beds and lots of space for socialising. We had a fabulous vacation there and thoroughly recommend renting this property.
