We just wanted to say that my family and I had a fabulous stay in Carna at the apartment hosted by Nora Folan. Nora was the ideal and generous host and the apartment was immaculate and nice and warm and perfectly situated for our explorations of Connemara and the Gaeltacht. We hope to book there again. Please pass on our thanks to Nora. We rate our experience there ten out of 10.

Loved our week stay at Nora's place. The place was sparkling clean and had all the amenities one might need for their vacation. The views from the balcony are stunning too. The place was located at the heart of Connemara region with lots to do and explore around. The hosts were really accomodating to some of our additional requests. They even kept checking on us when we were late to arrive to ensure a smooth check-in.
5 stars to the property and the hosts. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic stay in Apartment 381 in Carna. The Apartment is the top half of a very large house and has its own entrance and balcony facing the mountains, with 5-star standards of luxury. The Apartment is very large; a huge living room / kitchen /
dining room and a very spacious hall/landing. There are 3 huge double bedrooms each with its own en-suite. The website description undersells the property in terms of size and level of luxury. We had a family of 6 with 4 adult children and had plenty of space.
A short walk to the local pub / restaurant where we got a great meal, and also a short walk to the local hotel.
Plenty to do in the locality - Clifden town, the Ferry to Inishboffin, Killary Harbour and Kylemore Abbey are all within one hours drive from the property.
