We had a lovely week at Cologin, relaxing and enjoying Oban and the surrounding area. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Katie and the team are so welcoming, and it was lovely to see Benji again and meet Toby, the golden Labrador. The dark skies on a clear night are amazing, and the views of the stars are just marvellous. The food and service in the Barn Bar and Restaurant are excellent, and a very warm welcome was extended to us when we arrived. I would thoroughly recommend Cologin Chalets and Lodges to anyone visiting the area.
Cologin is our home from home. We have already decided to book again for the summer and autumn. As I was speaking to another guest onsite he simply said that they had found a GEM!! Cologin Chalets are fantastic!! Sitting out listening to the birds singing and the cuckoo! The Barn restaurant onsite is also fantastic. Angus' venison pie was heaven. Just wish they did breakfast every morning and Julie delivered it haha Katie is a star. Nothing is too much trouble and always on hand to help with any queries. See you all again soon!! As usual we had a lovely week, good weather, accommodation excellent, and a lot of visits to Ganavan Sands, young Skye loved her runs on the beach there, both my daughter and my dog had been really unwell the week before, so it was great for them to recuperate. Always love our stays at Cologin chalets,
We had a lovely 2 night stay at cologin farm in April, Very peaceful location & close To oban town centre , will definitely visit again when the barn is open as we’ve heard great things .
Lovely house missing small things - oven glove - instructions for hot tub -clothes hooks in green bedroom -jugs for gravy/custard/water- dishwasher tablets - outside clothes line and pegs - full chess set (pieces missing from games etc)
This was a great lodge for 2 people with plenty of space & great facilities, will definitely return again .
Another amazing stay with my partner and dog. Such a lovely place which is very reasonably priced. The walks around are incredible and the bar / restaurant which is onsite is fantastic too. Only a short £10 taxi into Oban so really can’t beat it. Would highly recommend.
Everything was set up nicely and all the electrics were put on. So it was nice and warm inside. Katie and her Team did everything possible that we had a comfortable time there. There is no doubt that we are coming again to Cologin Farm Lodges
