We had a wonderful stay at Orrest Head House. The house is amazing and we were very privileged to be the first to stay in ‘The Loft’. This bedroom is a great addition to the house. It’s a super location for exploring the Lakes, and we can’t wait to return!
Good communication prior to the stay with clear information about the accommodation. The electronic guide is a good idea. Hot tub and cinema room a bit of luxury. Need clearer information about hypoallergenic pillows and duvets. I made a call to the proprietors and was advised some beds had these on and we would need to look around. Only found 2 non duck feather pillows and no duvets were duck feather free. We had to buy additional hypoallergenic pillows and take the duvets out the duvet covers so we could use the duvet covers. Just returned from a brilliant stay at Number One The Terrace in Windermere. It was exactly what we needed with everything to hand, large spacious rooms and an excellent lobby to dance in!!

We loved our stay at White Moss. The location was great, the property was really spacious, even with 12 of us staying! I booked it for my sisters hen do and she absolutely loved it!
We had a great break at the cottage and will definitely be back. The cottage itself was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Location was amazing, it felt like you were in the countryside but with only a 10 minute to the town. Definitely worth a visit
Such a brilliant weekend away with friends at Boston House. The location is perfect, right next to the station with lots of parking. House was clean and rooms were lovely with plenty of space. The hosts provided lots of information in advance and the stay was very smooth! Even had some sun for the hot tub! Would absolutely stay here again - thank you!
