Kinlochlaich House is an historic Scottish country house set in its own beautiful gardens on the south facing slopes of the Appin hills, close to sea with views to the mountains. You can stay in self contained apartments in the main house, a cottage in the grounds or a unique award winning eco tree house. The grounds include an octagonal walled garden, tennis court, table tennis pavilion, lawns and a woodland walk.
We really enjoyed our stay at Kinlochlaich tree house . The design and layout are unique, we usually try to stay somewhere which is a complete contrast to home but still with a homely feel and this little house certainly ticked both those boxes! The weather was a little unsettled so unfortunately we didn’t get to utilise the lovely decking area and bbq. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We had to contact the owners regarding an issue with the toilet flushing but this was quickly investigated and sorted out and we were give a bottle of wine as a thanks for our patience...more
