Kinlochlaich House is an historic Scottish country house set in its own beautiful gardens on the south facing slopes of the Appin hills, close to sea with views to the mountains. You can stay in self contained apartments in the main house, a cottage in the grounds or a unique award winning eco tree house. The grounds include an octagonal walled garden, tennis court, table tennis pavilion, lawns and a woodland walk.
Great stay at this beautiful retreat. Easy to get to with many superb days out on your door step (if you can pries yourself away from the comfort of the wood burning fire). Very clean with (almost) everything you could need. Would have been handy to have a washing machine as we stayed for five days with a baby, and a dishwasher would have been a nice luxury to match the rest of the tree house. Also, there wasn't any kindling to start the fire, just large logs so was a little bit difficult to get it going each night. Still a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to others!
