A beautiful house in a superb location. It was very well equipped with wonderful furniture and furnishings. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Our party consisted of all ages from teenagers to oldies and without exception we loved our weeks stay in the house. We used the formal dining room once to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary and the sitting room a few times but spent most time in the huge kitchen which is amazing. The games room was not used much other than for storage but we had excellent weather all week and went out a lot. A pool table would be a good idea there....more
Well appointed and comfortable accommodation. Ideal for an "away from it all" chilled holiday break. Location is stunning and there are plenty of local amenities and scenic attractions. The Durness Spar grocery shop is well stocked for any food items required.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful bothy which has a perfectly equipped kitchen! We loved staying here!
