The Beach House is a wonderful four bedroom seaside holiday home right on the seafront in Deal. It is one of the beautiful old houses which form part of the panoramic backdrop to the beach when viewed from the Pier. The owners have recently refurbished it with a calm, modern interior providing flexible accommodation over three floors. All the major rooms have views over the beach and across the English Channel. You just cross the road and you are on the promenade. The Beach House is within easy walking distance of many pubs and restaurants making it an ideal holiday home for families, friends or short breaks.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is excellent, near to everything, and the communication regarding check in etc. was very good. 4pm is quite late for a check in time, we were informed we would be notified if earlier access was possible but this did not happen for us which was a shame but not a major issue. The property itself and facilities are very good and spread over 3 floors, with everything needed. It's a shame you feel you need to keep the blinds down all the time on the ground floor to stop passers by peering in to the kitchen/dining area but not really an issue for us as we ate out. Oher than a few residual marks on the carpets, the property was in good condition, very comfortable and we would book again if we needed somewhere in the area.

Large property right on the seafront of trendy Deal, the sunrise on midsummer morning from the top floor master bedroom was spectacular.
Arranged over 3 floors, all the rooms are large, well furnished and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped.
The location could not be better. The beach is literally across the road as on street parking. The High Street with an abundance of independent shops, cafes (don't miss Jenkins seafood), bars, delis, estaurants (try The Blue Pelican) and a very popular market of Saturday, all a few minutes stroll.
Tudor castles, Roman forts, historic Sandwich are all wiithin 20 minutes drive.
Service from the lovely people at Keepers Cottages was, as always, exemplary.

Really enjoyed our stay at Beach House in Deal. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our group. The location was great, easy walk to get coffee or to go out for dinner. Plenty of space with two sitting areas and lots of light. The view was fabulous, I could have sat and looked at it all day!. Thank you to Keepers Cottages, they were very responsive to questions and easy to reach. Overall a great stay!

We spent a lovely weekend at the Beach House. It is spacious, well equipped and attractively furnished with a seaside theme - the weather was variable so we were very glad to have such a comfortable base. We were wowed by the amazing sea views from the sitting room and bedrooms and only had to cross the road to get to the beach. Deal is a delightful place and we would highly recommend staying at the beautiful Beach House.

The Beach House was a wonderful place to stay. An ideal location across the road (literally) from the beach and a short walk to the pier which is close by. Deal is a beautiful town with characterful streets and plenty of independent shops which make a stay at the Beach House even more appealing.
The Beach House has plenty of room and excellent sea views from most rooms. Downstairs the kitchen and reception area allow for plenty of socialising, enjoying a dance around the kitchen. Upstairs there is a comfortable lounge with great views and space to relax.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent allowing for quiet relaxation with little noticeable road noise.

There is a need for a bit of upgrading as some of the electrical items are a bit tired and need replacing and it wasnt easy to find basic items such as a dust pan and brush, broom or placemats/coasters for the dining table.

That though is a small observation as the entire stay was wonderful and I will be booking again.

Some holiday house photos make you think there is more than there is. The Beach House was the other way around: our expectations were completely surpassed. The social spaces are extremely spacious and comfortable, and views to the sea fantastic, so we could enjoy the location whether outside or in. Excellent, helpful service throughout.
