Sea to Sea is a charming Edwardian townhouse situated in the charming coastal town of Hythe. Set in an elevated position with glimpses of the sea, this stylish home is an easy walk to the beach front and town centre, making it the perfect choice for families, friends or couples looking for a relaxing escape. At the heart of the house, the open plan kitchen and dining area is ideal for food lovers, with a central island perfect for slow breakfasts, or a glass of wine whilst dinner is being prepared. Two beautifully styled sitting rooms provide plenty of space to unwind - one is a spacious, and more formal room on the ground floor with a large bay window and French doors leading into the dining room, and the other is on the first floor with bifold doors out to the garden. Whether it's curling up with a good book, or movie nights with loved ones, there's a cosy corner for everyone. Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms await, promising the best night's sleep. Each room has been designed with luxurious emporer, super king or king size beds, hotel quality mattresses, and pillows so comfortable you won't want to leave. Wake up feeling refreshed and ready to explore the Kent coastline. The house has two modern bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space and comfort for all. Outside, it a tiered garden, a real suntrap perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The first floor courtyard is a peaceful spot for morning coffee and the upper terrace is lovely for alfresco dining or evening drinks as the sun sets over Hythe. Beyond the house, there is so much to see and do. Hythe's charming high street is full of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. Take a boat trip along the Royal Military Canal, explore Port Lympne Reserve, or walk the coastal trains towards Folkestone. For adventure seekers, there are plenty of cycling routes, and many championship golf courses within easy reach. Sea to Sea really is a place that guests will wan to return to time and time again.

There's a lot to like about this house. The location is good with easy access into Hythe. The house is a nice size, bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. For us personally we felt the living/kitchen area was let down because of there being no access to the garden, which is on the first floor. We were staying with our two little dogs and it was not ideal. We felt the living room would benefit from another small sofa in the window alcove, which other people have also commented on. Yes, there is seating in the first floor snug area which would be okay for order kids etc, but for adults on holiday you want to be sitting comfortably in a room together.
There are ample kitchen utensils etc, great cutlery but could do with more mugs.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here, we visited lots of places in Kent. We would definitely recommend this house but with reservations about the garden access, especially if staying with a dog.

We loved our stay at Sea to Sea. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped it and felt like home from home. The location is great, 15 mins walk from the sea. The house is situated on a hill but we enjoyed the walk. We liked the garden space as well. We will definitely be returning.
