We had a delightful time at Shepherd's Cottage which was very spacious and comfortable. We felt very welcome with gifts to greet us. Everything was meticulous we felt as if it had never been used before.
This well appointed cottage was a delight to stay at. We were made to feel welcomed with clean, warm cottage and a lovely Christmas package. We found all the instructions clear and understandable and it had everything we could need. To get the WiFi you needed to be in the living room, but when connected it was good. We walked our dog on a lead on the roads near the cottage, due to sheep, but found many places locally you can go for off lead walks. I would highly recommend a stay here.
Carol was really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The cottage was really comfortable & had everything you'd need. Beautiful area with lots to see & do. The storm on the last night made for an eventful stay!
A most relaxing break in a great cottage. Super location and if solitude is sought, this is the cottage for you. Carol and Sandy were excellent hosts and are nearby to offer help and advice, if needed. We really enjoyed our week.
This place is heaven on earth.Peaceful, cosy and the most beautiful scenery.Great walks from the cottage. We have stayed at these cottages for a number of years and it never disappoints. So handy for the road networks for visiting other parts of Northumberland.Carol and Sandy are always so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The cottages have everything you need and are spotless clean.Would always return to this beautiful place.
