Welcome to your idyllic holiday retreat in Bembridge, a spacious, three-bedroom, detached bungalow located in quiet residential cul-de-sac leading to tranquil seating green where uninterrupted, panoramic view of the English Channel can be enjoyed.
Beachfield is perfectly situated and set up for a family holiday home offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, peace and quiet providing an ideal escape for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.

1 - Front Garden. Full of weeds on uneven path leading to front door along with overgrown beds.
Driveway bushes need trimming as uncle to park the car on the concrete.
Front door step way too high for anyone with disability.

2 - Back Garden. Nice large garden but spoilt with over grown bushes, with Bindweed in the beds and in the bushes, some full of brambles.
(Gardener came the day before we departed but only cut the grass and no maintenance to the above.
Patio nice and large but lacks any shade - needs a Parasol.
Patio needs a clean.
Rotory Dryer in garden - very old and stuck in the bushes so could not hang washing on it.
Was repositioned but still unable to use due to its poor condition.

3 - Interior. Property needs a lot of TLC.
Bathroom - Shower/Bath - has health and safety issue as there is no bath mat and no grab handles.
Dining area - Chairs have flaky vinyl under the covers which drops onto the floor when using.

4 - House instructions - Generally good but no instructions on what day of the week for bin collection.

Very spacious, comfortable accommodation in a quiet location with easy access for touring the island. Very clean & in good condition although the silicone in the bathroom could benefit from a little sprucing up. A most enjoyable holiday.
