Oak Lodge is our largest Lakeside Lodge perfect for families of 4, couples wanting that extra bit of space or mixed groups.

The outside decking (child friendly!) is simply fantastic, floating high above our lakes with stunning views across the water and beyond... you won’t want to go inside!

With open plan kitchen, diner & lounge and patio doors to the decking area, it’s a fantastic communal space. The fire pit / bar-b-que and lawn area is also just out the front ready to go!

From the moment we arrived we could see how much love and effort the owners put into transforming their land into lodges, activities and eatery. A great break with little ones. From trails to padel, and fishing to the farm and fresh cakes. Nice to get out of london and be in nature. The lodges were not overlooked so it was nice to wake up to trees and the sound of water. The lodges were equipped with everything needed and there were a few cute gifts on arrival, including fresh eggs from the roaming chickens that loved hanging out in our garden.

Stayed at Oak lodge with my elderly father and siblings to fish the ponds
Beautiful location. All were able to relax and make memories. The lodge itself was ideal and had everything we needed

We loved our two night stay in the Oak Lodge with our dog. The lodge is very spacious and comfy, there are all the amenities required and the outdoor decking area was perfect.

It was very peaceful and picturesque, the coffee shop was great and there were lovely walks within a short distance. We will definitely return.
