We booked this lodge as it’s near our daughter’s home to visit them. The lodge was compact but well equipped in beautiful quiet setting. Good communication both before and at the end of our trip. It would have been helpful to have lights on the drive especially by speed bumps as we often walked back late in the dark. Overall great place to stay and will definitely be booking again.

Robin Lodge is genuinely perfect. So well-designed and decorated with comfort and beauty in mind: everything is of the highest quality . It’s really well provided with everything you need for a comfortable stay (though do bring camping chairs if you want to plot by the lake) The bed is seriously comfortable so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed. The view over the lake is lovely and so relaxing, whatever the weather. Everything was perfect, my daughter loved the animals. The bed was comfortable and the lodge was super clean.
We stayed at willow Lodge for one night and it was a lovely Lodge, very clean and cosy inside. It is dog tolerant as opposed to dog friendly so if your dog likes to sleep on couches and beds, dont go. I had a real job trying to make sure my dog stayed on the floor. We also only had one sheet of kitchen roll left and no spare which was a struggle when you are not allowed to get any food or oil down the sink so I was wiping my plates with clean toilet roll to put in the bin before washing the plate in the sink.
