A peaceful lakeside retreat that felt both cozy and comfortable. Waking up by the water and enjoying the quiet surroundings was perfect. The staff were very friendly. 10/10 — highly recommend!
We booked this lodge as it’s near our daughter’s home to visit them. The lodge was compact but well equipped in beautiful quiet setting. Good communication both before and at the end of our trip. It would have been helpful to have lights on the drive especially by speed bumps as we often walked back late in the dark. Overall great place to stay and will definitely be booking again.

Lovely stay at Robin Lodge, it was immaculately clean. Everything was thought of through from the welcome provisions left, the detailed guest booklet and vintage games. Very comfortable and would recommend or stay again in the future. Thank you!
We stayed at Oak Lodge for a few days just after Christmas and had a fantastic time. Our two young children loved the animals (particularly the chickens) and really enjoyed exploring the grounds. The location is brilliant. You can easily access the new forest and find plenty of walking routes within a 10 minute car drive. Canada common is about 5 minutes drive away and get for children to explore. We visited Paulton's Park during our stay which is only a 5 min drive away. I would highly recommend Headlands for a short stay, we will certainly be returning in the future.
We had a wonderful stay in willow lodge. It is lovely, peaceful and cozy and the hosts have thought of pretty much everything.
