We had a lovely stay at Aonach, it was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very clear in his communication with us. It was helpful to have OS maps to borrow and we went on one of the walks recommended on the cottage's website. The cottage was in a very quiet spot and the forest dog walks were peaceful. We were lucky one morning to have a visit to a bird feeder from a red squirrel. We climbed the Cairngorm Mountain and Ben Macdui.
