We’ve stayed at the bay numerous times and it’s a modern development but it’s getting on a bit. As such sometimes you can pick fault with some tired parts in properties but the wagging wave is spot on. Decorated nicely, and consistently throughout. Great shower and a bath in a decent sized bathroom. The single beds were big enough for adults and the beds as a whole were comfortable. Perhaps the master double was a little on the firm side for my liking but very comfortable and lovely comfy pillows is a plus for me. Really warm the heating was very effective. Spacious open plan setup with plenty of kitchen space for a break of 5 people. The lounge table sat 4 but you could easily seat 5 with a makeshift seat on the table. Comfortable sofas for all of us it was a really good example of one of the many properties that are available in this area. The location was quiet so a bonus with plenty of parking. The bay is a great location itself and this property was located away from noise and wasn’t boxed in like some. Super customer service felt like a really welcoming team were behind the WhatsApp contact number. Few minor complaints that you really do need to be super picky about to mention - a blind was faulty but when mentioned the customer service team responded immediately saying it’ll be fixed next day. We had one pan that was not at all clean but I don’t mind cleaning a pan that a previous guest didn’t clean it’s hard to check every single item in the kitchen. The tv in the lounge was a little smaller than most I’m used to but great Internet and all the usual smart tv apps. The sofa bed matress was a little tired looking and could have benefitted from a new protector but that’s being super picky for the sake of a thorough review. Cooker and microwave was superb, lovely size fridge freezer that again was a quality product. 2 toilet rolls is tight but you are told before hand haha. We had a decent welcome pack with biccies and coffee and tea but bring all your own stuff and you can’t say this isn’t a really spot on choice for up to 5. And a dog of course.

I have just returned home from a week stay at the wagging wave. In August I stayed with my parents at Ace Grace Place which was a beautiful 3 bed property, so I hoped that the wagging wave would be equally as amazing and we were not disappointed. The WW is in a beautiful quiet position on the estate. The property has a lovely light airy feel to it and has everything that you could need. The property was very clean and we were able to take our little dog with us. The beds are comfortable and we slept really well every night. We made our meals at the property and the kitchen had everything you could need also has a dishwasher and a washer. The most minor of recommendations would be to have an airer so when you have used the washer the clothes can dry. However this is nothing too problematic. I would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay again. My only disappointment is that we had to leave. I have already looked at other dates however the supplied discount code is expired. We cannot wait to book again.

The Wagging Wave was fabulous. Super clean, nice outside space and close to everything. Loads of storage space.
