I understand that some people might not abide by the rules of the house but I found the number of texts reminding me of rules very intrusive when I’m supposed to be on holiday that includes being on holiday from my phone

We have many 100s of guests who value the texts as we put handy tips in such as key codes so you dont have to remember and we pride ourselves on the communications. Our first stay at The Bay thoroughly enjoyed it, excellent location. Greenwich Cottage lovely and well equipped, comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

Great cottage for family and friends, it worked out well for us. Close to the beach and lots of lovely walks.

Lovely house rather too far from beach for our liking but it was a late booking. Everything we needed in the kitchen, comfy beds, super outdoor furniture weather prevented use of but it is October. Very spacious warm cottage would highly recommend.
