An excellent stay. Smugglers Cottage was the perfect retreat from the awful weather! The communication was excellent and the cottage provided all necessary kitchen equipment. Ability to sign into Netflix a bonus.

This is our 3rd stay at Smugglers Cottages at Christmas. It is ideally situated for visiting nearby attractions and being right in the centre of Snape Maltings is an added bonus. The cottage is full of character and ideal for a couple with everything you might need on hand. It is reassuring to know that should anything go wrong there is a team available to help sort things out (a minor issue we had was sorted out within 30 minutes!). The accommodation team are always friendly and enthusiastic and the communication is excellent. We have booked again for this Christmas!
