Malt cottage was very comfortable and well equipped stay on Snape Maltings.Easy to visit Aldeburgh Southwold and Orford. Great for a relaxing few days.

Lovely, comfortable, quiet cottage ideal for a peaceful getaway with refreshing nature walks near by, plus the opportunity to attend classical concerts at an excellent venue right next door.

Have stayed at Snape Maltings many times and this is a return visit to Malt Cottage. Malt Cottage is very comfy with a large well equipped kitchen. Great location if you like peace and quiet, bird watching and walks through the nature reserve. Lovely walks around the site. The added bonus is boat trips and when there are concerts at the Concert Hall.
Also well served with local pub, cafe, deli and shops. Sadly the Riverside cafe was not open during the day when we were there which puts a lot of pressure on the other Malt cafe.
Sue and her team are amazing, very friendly and very helpful. Hope to be back when ever we can.

My husband and I stayed at Malt Cottage for 5 nights over Christmas whilst the rest of the family stayed at Iken View which worked out perfectly. Both properties were spotless, very well equipped, perfectly positioned for fabulous walks & near all the Maltings amenities. Both properties had even been tastefully decorated for us with twinkly lights & a Christmas . The welcome bottles of wine were also much appreciated!
Sue was very helpful & professional in helping me book everything seamlessly & checking that everything was ok for our stay.
We very much look forward to returning soon. Thank you
