Bressingham Hall is the perfect fit for a family gathering, the gardens and the Steam Museum next door suiting all ages. Comfortable spacious bedrooms with great views of the gardens.

The Hall was perfect for our needs. Very clean and bedrooms made up beautifully and very comfortable.
We especially appreciated having the public gardens to ourselves in the mornings and late afternoons. There was plenty of space in the Hall for everyone to gather.
Communication was excellent and bedrooms were set up as requested.
We hope to be back soon!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Bressingham Hall and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The outside space was absolutely wonderful, providing a serene and picturesque setting that made our stay truly special.

The house itself has a charming, old-world feel, which adds to its unique character. While the kitchen was a bit dated, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. The bedrooms, on the other hand, were beautiful and provided a comfortable and restful retreat after our days of exploring.

Overall, Bressingham Hall offers a delightful blend of historic charm and natural beauty. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

We spent a week here with a group of 11 from Italy on an East Anglia garden and nature discovery trip around the summer solstice.
We picked flowers for our St John’s dew water, we made flower crowns with Bressingham purpose grown organic flowers, had a marvellous dinner in the garden, visited wonderful gardens and stately homes,
Walked through woods and fields of o nearby villages … had to he beat possible time! We all cooked together and ate in the beautiful dining room decorated by us with fresh Bressingham flowers, loved being the kitchen together … only regret is that the week went by so quickly

10 friends and family gathered here from different towns and countries and had the most wonderful time together. So much space for everyone,
Wonderful x cooking and gathering around the kitchen table, strolling in the gardens before breakfast and after dinner, the peace and quiet the Hall offers and the opportunities for togetherness are just perfect! Thank you - we will be back!

Our family of 15 stayed for 3 nights at Bressingham Hall with 4 others joining us for a day and we all had the most enjoyable time together. We were able to use the full facilities of the house including the large dining room so we could all eat together. The kitchen was large enough to prepare and cook meals and had all the equipment we needed. The younger members used the television snug and the snooker table in the Gun Room, whilst the older ones made use of the bright and airy drawing room. The weather was kind to us so were able to use the patio and garden for afternoon tea. All of us visited the extended gardens and Bressingham railway. Parking was more than adequate and the nearby garden back door was very handy. The bedrooms were all an excellent size and light and airy. The house was very welcoming and comfortable and the family all enjoyed our get together and had a delightful stay. We would definitely come back again to Bressingham Hall.

We hired Bressingham Hall for our Mum’s 80th birthday celebration. The size was perfect, plenty of space for us all to spread out. The house was mostly very clean, some of the bed valances are dirty. Some areas of the house are tired and in need of some maintenance but that is expected of a house of that age.
We had a problem when we arrived, no heating at all on a very cold evening which made the house unusable for several hours until it had warmed up. This appears to have been an error and once contacted the owners were able to rectify it. It then remained warm for the rest of our stay.
The facilities were very good, suitable for cooking for a large group. Bedroom set up was great with most rooms being en suite and each being private and quiet from the rest of the house.
The gardens are beautiful and it was lovely to read about the history of the hall and see the old photographs.
Overall, though expensive, we would stay again, we made some lovely memories that will last a lifetime.

This was our 5th stay at Bressingham Hall and loved every minute! We love cooking and eating together and this property has the most spacious kitchen and wonderful dining room. The winter gardens were magical and a well enjoyed sight on our strolls. The property is clean, very comfortable, warm and spacious. The many communal areas allow room to be together but also some quiet time for those who need it. Each bedroom is larger than my own apartment at home! Wonderful all round!

Bressingham Hall is a lovely place to hold a large family weekend gathering. Everything was of a high standard, from the comfortable ensuite bedrooms to the well-appointed kitchen. The large dining room allowed 18 people to eat together easily and the children in our party enjoyed playing snooker, hide and seek, the train station game and even a re-enactment of the 'Gladiators'!

Fabulous welcome gift waiting in the kitchen , clear simple instructions and prompt reply to requests also, extremely helpful with our situation and understanding. Kitchen well equipped. Large comfortable rooms with wonderful views over the gardens . All 12 guests & 2 dogs loved staying there with plenty of room for more.Would go again .

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Bressingham hall celebrating my partner and my birthday with friends. The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large group as it's very comfortable. A week of pure comfort with 9 female friends. We loved the large rooms, excellent kitchen, comfortable beds, stunning gardens and flower arrangements. Had a chef come in to cook for a gala dinner and loved it. Will be back!

We stayed at Bressingham Hall as part of a local wedding and it was a perfect base for a mixed group of all ages. The rooms are so spacious and bedding extremely comfortable. Some areas such as the sunroom are a little dated but they are quaint and still lovely. To be able to walk out into the gardens and access the steam museum is great for the children and gardeners amongst us

The home was beautiful, made some lovely photos for the wedding itself. The room were all made up and clean for our arrival, we even had snacks and waiting for us. The kitchen was setup for a self catering stay, with fresh towels in bathrooms.

We stayed at Bressingham hall the night before and night of our wedding. It provided the perfect base for getting ready for our big day and celebrating with family and friends.

The house is beautifully presented, clean and tidy.

The gardens are lovely and we enjoyed a walk around them before we left.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The games room was great fun for the children and adults alike.

We would love to stay again one day!

We booked the entire hall for our daughter's wedding - with 21 people staying very comfortably - even luxuriously in the hall. We chose to do our own catering, though having some come in is also an option, and the kitchen and dining facilities were great for the size of the party with plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils.
We made great use of the space...both indoor and outdoor, and the weather provided us with a beautiful few days.
The bedrooms were individually decorated and furnished with both beautiful colours and furniture, each with it's own bathroom. One twin downstairs [ideal for the older generation] and the rest upstairs.
It was a most enjoyable experience, and the best way to go if you are having a wedding at Bressingham Barn.
we cannot recommend this highly enough!

We recently stayed at Bressingham Hall with fiends and family for a week and had the most amazing time.
Large, beautifully appointed bedrooms overlooking the gardens, great kitchen to cook together, amazing dining room with large windows where dining together was a magic experience.
Wonderful waking up to the birdsong and strolling around the huge gardens with a cup of coffee before The world wakes up! Truly memorable stay. Will book again. Great thanks for Matt and his family and staff.

This is by far the best place we have stayed it. The grounds, the house and facilities are amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough. There were 19 of us in the end but can sleep 21. All the rooms was gorgeous and the history in the house has that wow factor. Will definitely be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bressingham Hall! We were a large group of 16 and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - lots of character, smart bathrooms, comfortable beds and plenty of space for entertaining. We stayed at Bressingham Hall for 3 nights in late February. Having read about the Bressingham Winter Garden on Cedric Pollet's book on winter gardens, we discovered it was possible to lodge within the gardens. Absolutely an amazing experience for us. the house is large, welcoming, warm, comfortable and so convenient for visiting plenty more winter gardens in East Anglia. We truly enjoyed the dinners organized for us, the large Georgian windows overlooking the gardens, the luxury of waking up to such Beauty every morning. Thank you!

We spent a week at Bressingham Hall in April 2023 with 12 other friends from Italy. The owners organized language classes for us and lots of fun activities including flower arranging, plant propagation, quiz night, and lots of visits to neighboring villages, gardens, beaches, antiques shops. We will definitely be back. Such good value for money!
