Pelyn is an ideal place for a stay in St Mawes. It offers compact but well thought out accommodation for 2 people. Although the bedroom is small, the view from the window is worth it. The lounge area also has patio doors opening on to a small balcony and has the same outlook. . The apartment has all the necessary facilities and the allocated parking is a real bonus. It is located a ten minute walk from the centre of St Mawes which does involve some hills but is a pleasant walk, mostly off road.

Very convenient for walking in to St Mawes and the local footpaths. We enjoyed our stay and would try and book again but have noticed that the price has increased for 2025.

Thank you for your review, we are pleased you had a good stay and enjoyed the local area. Our prices are on a flexible rate so they change regularly, keep and eye out for the quieter weeks as the prices can drop, I hope that helps.
