Return visit . Wonderful setting. Settee not very supportive we had backache after a few days. Kitchen bin still not repaired and bathroom unit still wobbling - not good if you are a little unsteady.Level access shower great. No torch. Towels old and thin. Switch tripped 1st hr there but too late to ring office. Overall good.

We had a lovely stay at Osprey 2, The Cove, Brixham.
The Location was excellent & the Apartment was fantastic & had everything we needed.
Brixham Holidays were so helpful when we added a couple of extra days on

Absolutely fantastic place and view you just can’t get bored of it, we fully enjoyed our time at the Cove and would definitely recommend to anyone to visit and I’m sure we will be back soon. The only one thing I could mention to the owners would be maybe to put in some vernaculars or a telescope, so we could have a little look at the boat that we are passing during the day.

This is our second stay at Osprey 2. It’s a good standard of accommodation with everything you need. The place was clean when we arrived. We did have a problem with a leaking sink but this was promptly resolved by My Brixham Holidays. The twin beds were very comfortable. Bedding and towels good quality. The over the bath shower is good. The sofas are very comfortable and we loved the smart TV. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can spend many hours watching the boats in the bay. Brilliant location, a short walk to Brixham where there are some excellent places to eat. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back.

Nice clean private grounds started a lovely holiday,the apartment is exactly as the photographs show,nice and comfy but we have to say it was the view that made it very special.we can only describe it as an ever changing moving picture,luckily we had our own binoculars (maybe a pair with the property) would be a nice touch,good size balcony with furniture to relax we would definitely stay again and use My Brixham Holidays Thank You

If anyone would like a nice quiet holiday comfortable and overlooking the sea, highly recommend just a short walk to Brixham to the main harbour if anyone’s going to this property you will absolutely love it .

Fabulous view from the living area and main bedroom. Well laid out and well equipped. The main bedroom was little stuffy on a hot evening - didn't feel comfortable with leaving the patio doors open while sleeping though. Otherwise I couldn't fault it.

We've stayed before with no problems and booked again for next year hoping for improvement. Unacceptably, smoking guests ruined the use of our balcony at least 3 times a day. We had to close the large windows to reduce the toxic smoke entering the flat. Why is smoking not banned on this site to ensure everyone can enjoy the fresh air? I believe the ground floor flats outdoor space is an "enclosed space" so smoking there is illegal. This antisocial behaviour was reported to staff but no actions were taken, hence my scoring. Check in should be 15.00 not 16.00 and check out should be 11.00 rather than 10.00, like many other accommodation. This would help guests a lot.

Thank you for booking to stay with us again at Osprey 2 next year. I did respond to your email, I was very sorry to hear that this happened and spoilt your enjoyment of the balcony. Thankfully it is not an issue that is often reported. Unfortunately, we do not have any say in the policies set by the directors at The Cove. The property below is not managed by ourselves so we have no idea of the guidelines that guest has to follow. 16:00 hours is the standard check-in with most cleaning companies these days as is the check-out time. Take care and see you again next year.

A last minute much needed break away back to an area we know well, the apartment was as expected well equipped, comfortable and amazing setting! Will definitely be back again.

Great location with fabulous views across Torbay. Accommodation was well presented with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Only negatives would be the distance from the car park to the apartment coupled with stairs which would not be ideal for anyone with mobility problems.

Thank you for your feedback, Osprey 2 is located in an area of outstanding beauty with uninterrupted views over the cove and out to sea. It is located at one end of the complex and therefore there is a walk to the property from the car park. It is sometimes possible to pull the car closer for a few minutes to unload or to use a trolly to help with your luggage. The location in relation to the car park ensures it is one of the most private and quiet apartments on the Cove whilst providing unrivalled, stunning unbroken views across Torbay and the entrance to Brixham Harbour I hope that you will return to The Cove and to Osprey 2.

This is a superb property with unsurpassed views across Torbay. Peaceful location right on the coastal path.

My second stay in Osprey 2 and just like the first, it didn’t disappoint. A perfect location along with a perfect view, this stunning apartment most definitely ticks all the boxes. Brixham is a short walk away, as is access to the SW coastal path. Bring your binoculars to while away the hours nature and boat watching. That word again…..PERFECT! I’m looking forward to returning in November.
Brixham is also home to some great food establishments too. There is something for everyone, my particular favourite being The Curious Kitchen and also now their bakery which is has just opened.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic view in a really lovely and interesting area. Loads to do, lots of coastal walking. Seals and wildlife amazing!
