This is a basement apartment with a 1st floor bedroom it has Fantastic views of torbay from both rooms + patio Very well equipped for self catering,shower was good and bed comfortable. Bathroom is on ground floor Couldn't get a Wifi connection had to go on patio or bedroom to get connection to our mobile data. Parking can be hit and miss as theres no dedicated parking space (but we knew this when booking) managed to park outside apartment or near by during our stay. Great holiday. Accommodation was comfortable clean and had amazing views. A lot of attention to detail means you want for nothing. The owners have thought of everything. We would recommend this holiday to anyone. Five stars from Sharon and Terry
The apartment is in an excellent location - views over the marina and good secure parking in the marina car park . A warm comfortable clean appartement within walking distance of all the towns attractions!
We have stayed here a number of times and it has always delivered to our expectation. We love it.
La Mouette is a lovely house. It had everything you needed,just like home from home, there was plenty of space in the house as well.The views from the house was fantastic and looking down onto Brixham harbour and also a short walk into the town from the house. We would definitely go back to La Mouette .
The property was ideal for our large family holiday, we were able to park our 2 cars easily. There are 2 visitor spaces and 1 available for the whole time we stayed so that was good as parking is limited nearby. The location was brilliant, so close to walking into town without too many steps. Our only feedback is the bed on the top floor wasn’t comfortable, it sags a lot so could do with the mattress replacing. And the towels were a bit naff - very small & seemed old. A lovely stay ,been a few times to the cove ,and every apartment exceeds our expectations. The cove in our eyes is a hidden gem . Views amazing and having a pool is an added bonus as we sometimes bring our daughter and grandaughter .They spend a lot of time in the pool weather permitting. Hopefully won’t be long before we return for another holiday at the cove .
Had another great stay at Coral. As always the views are excellent from the living room and kitchen, dining room. There is also a public bench opposite the apartment if you fancy sitting outside. A free bottle of wine, and other things in the welcome pack including biscuits, milk, sugar and teabags are always a nice gesture. When I left to go back to Birmingham I hadn't realised until I unpacked that I left some gifts, snacks and my lunch bag in the fridge. Lovely property on three floors with spectacular views. Well equipped. Parking bay in harbour below great but a climb up to property. The stairs in the property are challenging in my opinion, difficult for all ages as the treads are very narrow and twist.

We have stayed at the cove many times over since the complex first opened in 2015. I work in Devon various times over the year and always tend to stick to the same apartments at the cove for relaxing base when not working. This Time we thought we would give puffin 4 a try. Not disappointed at all lovely clean apartment perfect views across Torbay. Everything you would need to have a lovely base for walking or chilling. We have stayed in many Brixham properties over the last 30 years and, despite a few niggles, our April holiday at Seascape was by far the best. The flat is well-designed, stylishly furnished, warm, modern and welcoming. The highlight is undoubtedly the stunning panoramic views from three sides. There is generous daylight in the bedrooms, hallway and especially the main living area, courtesy of well-positioned skylights and large windows. The weather was bad during our stay but the spacious balcony, views and comfortable living area prevented the rain and gales from spoiling our holiday. ...more
We had a lovely stay at Osprey 2, The Cove, Brixham. The Location was excellent & the Apartment was fantastic & had everything we needed. Brixham Holidays were so helpful when we added a couple of extra days on Many thanks
The 'Cove' is located high above the little Fishcombe Bay giving a most fantastic view of the water, Our apartment would benefit with some attention to the mattresses and bed coverings on the single beds and also some attention to the bathroom door lock that refused to open without some outside help , but over all we enjoyed our stay.
Location was important to us, and The Sail House is perfect with unhindered views over the harbour..
Loved staying in the cottage. Compared to others in this location it must have one of the best views. Nice clean and cosy. The garage is a great addition. We recommend here for a stay in beautiful brixham
Had a great weekend in Brixham. Midships is an ideal place to stay, comfortable and warm, close to shops and eating places with fantastic views of the harbour. Parking on the harbour below, steps up to the house but not too difficult.
We have stayed at the Front Row Cottage a few times and love it for its location and cosy feel. We wanted to stay over new year to just sit with the fire on and watch the boats coming and going. When we arrived we found the property to be a little un clean and it felt like the property hadn’t been cleaned for a while, we spent the first couple of hours cleaning the fire out, coffee or tea stains all up the banisters and cleaning the kitchen area. Best views we've ever had in Brixham from 10 years plus coming here(breakwater and lighthouse). Beautifully clean and every commodity available within the accommodation. Great lounge TV and beds ultra comfortable with added balcony luxury. Only slight downside; as seasoned Brixham stayers will know, tight accesses(better top end) + steep steps lol! Also slight confusion as to whether you can park a second car outside the property but still giving access to all others(vociferous neighbour categorically/sternly no, but welcome book says ok??) We stayed in Penny Steps for 5 nights in October, house is amazing ,has everything a large group could need . Ideal location ,within walking distance of shop’s restaurant and bars . The owners were amazing ,friendly and couldn’t do more to make us feel welcome when we arrived. Would definitely stay again . Brixham is beautiful and the views from the house are stunning .
Fabulous views and large terrace to watch the fishing boats, the sea and stars. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need, cute and compact. Great to have onsite parking and the proximity of forest walks with glimpses of the sea, Brixham town close too.. We highly recommend Plover 2 and The Cove.
We enjoyed our stay at sandy bottom the view of the harbour was fantastic loved sitting in the evening looking at the view Only few negatives no washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs so all the pots were greasy had to re wash them and the upstairs shower needs a new head
Smugglers Cottage is an excellent place to stay having both a close proximity to the centre of Brixham and lovely views over the harbour. .
We booked 5 nights in the Penthouse for a short early season break. It was definitely the right decision to book it as it was a wonderful place to stay. The interior is very bright and modern with everything you need to feel like home from home. We had to turn the heating off quite a bit as although we stayed in February, the place was really warm inside. The views have to be the best in Brixham. The parking was quite tight and not easy to turn into the small cave space opposite the penthouse but it is do-able. We have a VW Polo which was ok but anything bigger would have been a struggle...more
It was very difficult to locate the apartment. The apartment was a lot smaller than it looked on the website. Very little room around the beds in the two rooms. The main bed was only a double The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The furniture in the lounge area especially the table seats were extremely uncomfortable. The partial view was disappointing.
We have stayed in a similar property to this before in the row immediately in front so we had an idea of what to expect. Gorgeous views, good size rooms and great overall location. We enjoyed our stay, however, we found sharing the property with so many of the owners possessions a little off putting and would therefore hesitate to return. The wonderful seaview from the main lounge was also limited by the blown double glazed unit which was a little unfortunate.
Loved our stay here and we were sad to leave. Immaculate house with great views of Brixham. Perhaps not for the less mobile but we didn’t mind the walk up and down to the town. Didn’t manage to figure out the freeview on the TV and maybe instructions would be helpful but we were happy with the views.
Well equipped property. Sofa too small for four people. Open staircase could be dangerous to children. Property suffers from terrible condensation and double glazing looks as if it needs repairing or renewing. However we did enjoy our stay and the big driveway was a huge bonus.
