Well equipped property. Sofa too small for four people. Open staircase could be dangerous to children. Property suffers from terrible condensation and double glazing looks as if it needs repairing or renewing. However we did enjoy our stay and the big driveway was a huge bonus.

Quiet residential street 10-15 min walk to the town centre and harbour. Parking which is rare in Brixham. Well equipped new kitchen for appliances. Good shower over bath in new bathroom. Smart TV in lounge and bedroom most welcome. Basic furnishing in lounge and bedrooms meant it wasn't the most comfortable or cosy place to stay.
