We loved our stay at the cottage. There is an abundance of space on the ground floor with two sitting rooms; an ornate dining room and a conservatory. There is also a kitchen diner which is pleasant at meal times.
There are lots of walks from the cottage, with the Balcary Bay hotel at the bottom of the track leading up to the cottage being a great pit stop for food or a drink.
Our only criticism is the rough track leading up to the property which is about a 700 yard climb. The lower part of the track has some larger angular stones, one of which pierced our tyre. With a fully loaded vehicl...more
