Escape to this fabulous two bedroom, dog friendly holiday lodge on Limefitt Park. Tastefully furnished throughout to accommodate up to 4 guests plus a little one in a cot, complete with a spacious outside terrace and stunning views. An amazing place to stay.

A lovely lodge with a great view from the decking area. Very comfortable and had everything we needed including children’s plates and cutlery which was a lovely touch. The walk in wardrobe meant we had lots of space to store things too. The park itself is very quiet and relaxed - just how we like it - but the pub on site was large, friendly and had nice food if you’d prefer a meal out. The main door needs a little attention as it kept sticking but once we were in it was a lovely place and we’ll definitely be back!

lakes lodges + cottages were extremely helpful and polite throughout the booking and stay, the lodge was a credit to the owners and LL+C, stunning views, very comfortable, very clean just perfect for our stay

Lodge is great, nice big comfy corner sofa, its in a nice location on site with view out to open field, where we were lucky to see a deer. The dog loves paddling in the stream and the dog field is brilliant to let them have a run, the view from there is stunning. We had a meal in the on site pub which was good value. Watch out for the low flying planes, they are very noisy.

We first stayed at Winterfell in 2021 and after a few years of trying other lodges and different locations, we knew we wanted to return. Lodge is in the perfect location with beautiful views, feels remote and private overlooking the playing fields. It is wonderfully presented and has all the amenities you could need.
We'd love to return again in the future.
