Lynda and I had a lovely few days staying at Gardeners Cottage. Everything was very comfortable and well appointed and David and Alexandra were great hosts.
The Estate itself is gorgeous and well located, having said that and having stayed in a couple of other beautiful and remote locations in Scotland of similar size, we did think it was on the more expensive side without any added bonus. The kitchen in particular could do with more general utensil. Still, would recommend.
Brae Cottage was a great find , a well equipped and comfortable secluded cottage. Seeing little lambs skipping around the field in front of the house was an added bonus!
Had a lovely stay in this property. The Gate Lodge had a real Wow factor for our kids. Property well presented, clean and had all appliances etc required. Located in a quiet rural location. The estate was great for after dinner walks, especially to see the spring lambs. Would highly recommend.
We were a group of two families, and the Mill House met all our needs. The house was large enough to give us all the space we needed as a group or as individuals. Even with the vast space, the house was warm and cosy. The fire was a delight! The beds were so comfy. We all slept like babies!! We loved the environmental touches which included wool duvets (an absolute game changer for me), soaps and detergents, hydro electricity and chlorine free water.
