We enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much. It was incredibly peaceful, private and relaxing but not too far from grocery stores, restaurants and pubs. The grounds of the estate are breathtaking and the cottage is beautifully appointed. We hope to return and highly recommend this stay.
Our stay at Burnside Cottage was fantastic. The cottage was spotless, warm and beautifully presented. Burnside really is a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end crockery, oven/hob and coffee machine. There was a supply of condiments, oil, herbs and spices which was a thoughtful gesture. The homemade brownies and wine made us feel very welcome. The living room was beautifully decorated and very cosy with the addition of a log burner. The Gardener's Cottage is a restful and relaxing home away from home on the Monzie Estate. Having a stand-alone, fully renovated cottage with all of the modern conveniences is a terrific way to enjoy time in the Perth/Kinross area of Scotland. Alexandra and the extended team at Monzie Estate provide a level of hospitality that creates a seamless check in process and access to staff during the stay for any needs that may arise. We stayed for a few nights at the gate house. It was a lovely stay with beautiful scenery all around us. Alexandria was amazing and allowed us to check in a few minutes early which was very helpful for us!
The Mill house was the perfect house to gather with a group of friends. So spacious and well appointed, they have done a great job of renovating this historical property for the ultimate in comfort and convenience. We loved the town of Crief and all the area had to offer. Hiking, biking, shopping, wonderful properties to tour and learn about the history. Wonderful restaurants 5 minutes away. We definitely plan to visit again!
