Seaphare sits at the eastern end of Seaford, with the dramatic cliffs of ‘Splash Point’ to one side and the pebble beach stretching over 2.5 miles to the west. With an upside-down layout, the first floor offers an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, making the most of its elevated position overlooking the coastline and town. The vast windows allow for huge panoramic views right along the coast, offering fabulous imagery and light from sunrise to sunset. An amazing dog-friendly beach house retreat for family groups and small, responsible groups alike.

We had a fabulous week. Seaphare is really well equipped for 8 people ( we were just 5 ) with an upside down house (living on first floor, beds downstairs) that was full of light and made the most of the amazing views and was brilliantly located - 15 seconds walk to the beach (pebbly, but we prefer that) where the sea was fabulous ( just one rough day) and in no time at all you could be into the hills and cliff walking up and over to Seaford Head and Cuckmere Haven. Perhaps the only downside was people walking by and looking in and saying Wow what an amazing house . Anyway we had a fabulous week and we’re sad to leave

The house surpassed our expectations and was the perfect base for Brighton Pride, visiting friends in Lewes, sea swimming and cliff top walking. The weather wasn't perfect but the view from the living room was and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay here. The property was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed, but the location is really what it is all about! Fabulous sea and cliff views, great walking, and a perfect spot to explore the Seven Sisters. We were staying to run the Beachy Head marathon nearby but would happily return to explore the area more. Thank you!

Home from another wonderful stay in Seaford with my husband, two children and our dog. Seaphare has recently been fully renovated and the transformation is incredible. We loved it the last time we stayed, and now it’s even better! The beach views from the upstairs living space are spectacular and the house just has a wonderful feeling of serenity and calm with large comfy sofas, where you could spend all day looking out to sea. That coupled with the fact that the house is fully equipped with everything you could want and need - A modern kitchen and large dining space and it’s all tastefully and creatively decorated, with lovely touches like great books, magazines and games. Seaphare is at the start of a beautiful walk towards Seven Sisters, plus many other lovely trails. It’s also an easy 15min walk into Seaford town centre or a 1min walk to the beautiful beach. We didn’t want to leave and we’ll definitely be back for more R&R. Thank you!
