The house was in an excellent location for the beach and the garden is lovely. The house was spotlessly clean. The accommodation worked well for us, with plenty of space downstairs for us all to be together, or be in different rooms.. The children loved the playroom, which thoughtfully had toys for them to play with. We really enjoyed the space but also the cosiness of the house - it flows beautifully.

It was a bit of a difficult walk with a double buggy along the coast but, apart from that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

I would like to thank you for giving us the most amazing house and fantastic garden. We loved our stay at your place. The house is kept so clean and comfortable, the garden amazing and the location was the best. We will most definitely take it again at some time if you will be happy to rent it out again.

The house was exactly as described and pictured, with lots of space and an amazing garden - perfect for enjoying outdoor time. It was very well equipped and even included a nice selection of toys/games for children to use. Bognor Regis itself is a bit sad but there are lovely walks and beaches close to the house so there's little need to go into the town. We had a very enjoyable week here and would highly recommend.

Sea Ways
We had a very enjoyable stay at Sea ways ,lovely location and so very quiet and private
The house is starting to look a little tired from the photographs we saw on the website.
However was very comfortable.
The garden was great for the dogs and they certainly enjoyed it
So close to the sea made it a great stay for the dogs to cool off after a hot sunny day
No extractor fan over the hob caused the smoke alarm to go off on a couple of occasions even with all the windows in the kitchen open.
All round a very comfortable stay .
