We thoroughly enjoyed our short break at the milking parlour. Rachel and David gave us a warm welcome (the scones were delicious) and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was very comfortable and it was lovely to look out onto the goats, sheep and hens. We aim to return in the future. There are plenty of places to visit in this beautiful area.

An excellent choice of accommodation Rachel and David are excellent hosts. The milking parlour was equipped with everything we needed,and the welcoming scones were a nice touch. We will be back !!!

We really enjoy the east facing aspect of the Milking Parlour cottage - sun shining in on the courtyard terrace in the morning - overlooking the goats and sheep paddock. The cottage is excellent accommodation for short and long stays (we've done both!) , well equipped , to a high standard with a 'boutique vibe'.

This was our second visit to The Milking Parlour and we cannot wait to return.
The place is spotless, the bed is so comfortable and everything you require for a brilliant stay is included. Even tea, coffee, sugar and milk. There were even 2 delicious scones and jam waiting for us on our arrival. All cleaning products are included so all you need to bring is any food you may require for your stay. The farm is beautiful and secluded away from the main road and is so peaceful. The garden is a suntrap and is lovely to sit with a cup of tea and watch the birds and farm animals.

Check in was a self-check in and it was very easy. The room was beautifully done, in great condition, and the bed was comfortable. There was everything we needed there, from shampoo to dishwasher tablets. It was cute staying on the farm with the animals around. There were little treats available to give to the goats and also eggs available to buy. I would highly recommend staying here.
