This is the third time I've stayed at the farm and it is always such a pleasure. To walk through beautifully kept meadows past the animals and through the woods is the highlight of my stay. The rooms are so lovely and the detail in what is provided to make your stay such a memorable one, is what makes this place stand out for me. A truly beautiful experience in every way.
So welcomed by our host/manager Natalie. Loved the room with the sun shining in on a cold autumn afternoon. A beautiful clear space with stunning views of the countryside Everything you needed in our kitchen. Hot showers . Warm towel rails. A robe was a beautiful touch. Meeting other guests. Exploring the farm. Finding beautiful places to sit and enjoy the landscape and all the farm animals like chickens, sheep, ducks, geese, dogs. Perfect, great communication from moment of booking to depature, wonderful attention to detail made a few nights stay at The Dovecote a perfect post Christmas pre New Year tonic. Lovely walks in a calm setting. Very comfortable accomodation, everything we needed and more. Natalie gave us a warm welcome and made sure all was ok, and there at departure to wish us well. Wish we could have stayed longer but now found we will definately revisit when we need our batteries recharged! Returning to Upper Vobster Farm is always a great joy, with its many blooming roses and its variety of flowers, flowering bushes and shrubs, lush trees and greenery along the many walking paths. The energy felt there is very settling and vibrant. LM
From start to finish the service was exceptional! Everyone we met were the nicest people and so helpful. The cottage was beautiful, clean, cosy! The grounds were stunning and it felt quite spiritual. My grandchild absolutely loved feeding the animals and was very patiently instructed by Natalie, who looked after us so well. The whole experience at Upper Vobster Farm was a great one. Would definitely visit again.
We were looking for some much needed rejuvenation and time in nature. At upper vobster we got so much more, quaint cottages amazing staff and exquisite grounds. We’ll be back
