This thoughtfully-designed bungalow sleeps six over three bedrooms, with two bathrooms and unbeatable views for such a central property!

Spotlessly clean and brand new condition.
Property kitchen/lounge doesn’t have curtains or blinds on most of the windows, and bed mattresses look new but feel springy with no support. So it feels like the property has been furnished a bit cheaply because it is up for sale currently. Shame because it was almost a perfect place to stay.

Can I just say a thank you to you ! and your wonderful staff at Keswick cottages for the fabulous communication throughout regarding our stay, the link you sent was so informative easy to navigate and good to prepare and quick and easy to send to other guests.

The property itself was fabulous. We were immediately able to make ourselves at home.

The only feedback we would say would improve the stay was the lack of mirrors in the property and the pillows and mattresses on the bed could of been more comfortable.

However despite this we had a absolutely lovely time ! The hot tub was amazing

On first impressions the property had the wow factor, beautiful kitchen & bathrooms & great en suite shower
However trying to sleep on any of the beds in the house was impossible, they were the cheapest most uncomfortable beds we have ever had anywhere we have ever stayed, they need to spend money on new ones if they are going to continue renting the property out.
After complaining to Keswick Cottages on our departure they said they had spoken to the owner & we're going to get bed toppers, I honestly don't think that is the answer, new mattresses is the answer.
Also have to say that the couch was very uncomfortable as well so all in all not a pleasant stay.
For anyone thinking about booking Jaytrees or already has a booking I would honestly get in touch with Keswick Cottages to make sure that something has been done about the beds.
We visit Keswick a lot but will definitely not be booking Jaytrees again.

Convenient location on the main road into Keswick with good views. Things to improve: some more kitchen essentials would be make the kitchen usable e.g. cafetiere. Sofa that doesn't collapse and is big enough to seat more than three adults. Blinds that cover more than half the window. Beds with mattresses that don't fold up or have springs through them.
