Nestled in the heart of peaceful South East Cornwall countryside amongst the rolling hills of Medieval Farmland is East Trenean Farm. Our south facing 17th Century Farm with grade II listed Barn Conversions offers 4 Luxury Self Catering Holiday Cottages. We are set in 10 acres overlooking the Ancient Woodland and County Wildlife Site of Seaton Valley, with views to the sea beyond. The farm is a peaceful rural haven with open countryside, wildlife and ‘big skies’ to enjoy.
Our stay at East Trenean Farm was truly unforgettable. Our group — four adults and four children — found the cottage to be the perfect getaway. Even on rainy days, there was no shortage of entertainment, from board games to the inviting warmth of the hot tub.
The location was fantastic, just a short drive from Looe Beach, making seaside trips effortless. We also loved exploring the scenic outdoor walks around the farm, and the outdoor play area was a wonderful bonus for the children.

Everything we needed for a comfortable holiday.
Very spacious and quiet.
Lovely garden and hot tub.
Perhaps a fleece blanket for the sofa or to use as summer weight bedding with a sheet would be a useful addition.
Copley Arms, nearby, does excellent food with gluten free options suitable for coeliacs which was particularly helpful for us.
I have just returned from hosting a ladies hiking and exploring retreat at this stunning venue. Graham and Jane are faultless in their attention to detail and communication.
The venue is incredible and they have everything you need of a high quality.
I would not hesitate recommending this place and I had very happy 19 ladies leaving my retreat
We have just arrived back home after a lovely stay at the Watermill. It is our second time staying at East Trenean Farm, and won’t be our last!
We love the area, not far from Looe where there is lots of good places to eat,and the surrounding area with plenty of places to visit.
The Watermill is immaculate and secluded with everything that you would need for a perfect stay. The welcome box is a nice touch especially the farm eggs, that tasted gorgeous on our cooked breakfast!
We left wishing we could have stayed a bit longer, so a good excuse to return once more!
Thank you Graham & Jane...more
