Our newest holiday cottage is situated next to the popular Drumlanrig Mains Cottage, just a short drive, walk, or cycle from Drumlanrig Castle. This picturesque, self-catering property offers a large enclosed garden with breathtaking views, private parking, a wood burner, and three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six people and two dogs. It’s the perfect holiday retreat.

We loved Queensberry Cottage - it was beautifully presented and, most importantly, had very comfortable beds. The large, fenced, grass garden was great for the dogs. The garden chairs were not comfortable but we were able to borrow the larger ones from next door. There are great walks in the estate and along the River Nith - this is a great location for all age groups.

The cottage is beautifully designed with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With the estate right outside the front door, we were able to enjoy miles of walks right on our doorstep. A lovely location all round to unwind and enjoy. We will definitely be returning!

Queenberry Cottage is a beautifully appointed cottage in a prime location for visiting attractions at Drumlanrig Castle and the wider area. A short drive from the brilliant amenities of Thornhill. Would certainly stay again, five stars all round.
