Its not just that its one of the most unusual places you are ever likely to stay in. The Tower is of course full of history but just as interesting is the flair and care with which it has been restored, using local resources wherever possible - down to the hand made handles of the panelled oak doors. (Oh, and the heated floor in the shower room - what a treat!) Lulu and her team provide generously in the kitchen and the quality of all the accommodation is comfortable and stylish throughout. One of those places that makes others look ordinary.
Very lovely place to kick back and relax. Quiet spot outside of Peebles where we sat by the fire with our family and dog each evening. Just what we wanted and with picturesque walks on your doorstep we were right where we wanted to be.
We love staying at Neidpath Castle Cottage, it is in a peaceful location, however not to far from the town. It is a comfortable property, however, the seating in the sitting room could do with updating, especially the bed settee, it’s lost it’s comfort completely. On saying that we would book it again as we love the location and the open log fire - Christmas would be magical there! Nothing is any trouble for the owners who deal with things if and when you need to get in touch with them.
