Townhead is a beautiful rural retreat perfect for a few days relaxing and visiting the local border towns. They have thought of everything for your stay, including a few essential items on arrival ie. Bread, milk etc and are happy to help if you need anything. On approach there’s a long farm track which is clearly stated on the website, and having stayed at Townhead twice it is a very minor thing. The most magical room for the most magical day!!! It was absolutely perfect, like going back in time but spotless and with modern facilities. I felt like a complete princess. I wouldn’t chance a thing. Thank you for everything.

Was an experience. Great I must say with one exception the stairs but as we are over 70 expected. The whole experience was brilliant everything was there to enjoy full kitchen to good shower and excellent wifi a must these days overall a brilliant place
