Our stay was amazing. The castle and outdoor setting were so beautiful. Having the experience to be on our own in this incredible place was most memorable and truly was our best accommodation on our whole trip! (Actually for all our travels).We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the castle and our rooms were so cozy and comfortable. Our thanks go to the staff for a smooth transaction and a welcoming overview.. This is our second stay with Neidpath Estate, our first was in Barns Tower and loved it, so we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed with The Bothy. As soon as we arrived we felt welcome. The property was warm and cosy, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The housekeeping team prepare everything so nicely for guests and that adds to that homely welcome. When we emailed regarding booking an extra night, the request was dealt with quickly and very efficiently. We know we will be back!
What a beautiful place - it was a joy to stay there - just perfect. Utterly beautiful, total comfort, everything thought of, and amazing area with wonderful walks.
Stayed at Neidpath Castle " Barmkin " beautiful property in the Scottish Borders , Barmkin has everything you need , it wraps its arms around you and gives you a big "hug .". Comfortable family property and ideal for visiting Edinburgh, Peebles and all the other beautiful Towns around the Borders
Really unique memorable holiday place to stay, The Tower was totally as advertised, perhaps even better, great fun for a few days away. Lovely location with the most beautiful walk along the Tweed into Peebles and back. The Tower was cosy, lots of stairs of course, plenty or room for 2 plus 2 dogs. Loads of wood included for fires.
