Oceans Reach is a superb house in a great location for both the cliff/beach and the shops - both mere minutes away.
Check out Bakehouse 24 for awesome coffee, bread, cakes and lovely staff.
The holiday house was a real treat - ideally suited to larger groups or families.
Southbourne is not a classic seaside neighbourhood so jot too busy and hectic and has a chilled vibe - the sandy beach is a delight.
And you're close to many other nice areas and the forest.
