Nash Point has a superb location and the approach down the driveway is superb. Overall the house is very well designed with great furnishings and bedrooms that are large and with quite some wow factor. Kitchen and laundry room are also spacious and well equipped - 3 dishwashers!!!!!
The games room is lovely for small children and is well equipped with games etc. Outside the games room is superb with bar, running water, sofas and a full sized table tennis. It opens perfectly onto a large patio with hot tub and tennis court (slightly rough surface)
Overall I would defy anyone to find major fault with the house
The outside has wonderful views and a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. It was disappointing that the provision of al fresco dining tables and bbq equipment did not meet the high standards of everything else and this seemed a bit of an oversight.
New Forest Escapes are the best holiday letting company I have ever dealt with. They are a local company and it shows in how much they care. Far better than you would get with a larger national company. They even came out on Bank Holiday Monday when we had a small glitch with the hot water.
So I am going to give New Forest Escapes 10/10 and Nash Point 9/10 (marked down a bit due to the outdoor dining facilities)

Nash Point is absolutely beautiful. The owners have done a marvellous job of the property in almost every way. Only issue we had was that the hot water wasn't working initially but it was swiftly resolved... only thing it could do with is a pool being added to that spectacular lawn!
