A lovely large house, ideal for 3 generations, in the most idyllic position. Close to the town and to the beach.
After a difficult year as a family we decided to go away for the New Year. We chose well. The house is really special and it was perfect for us.
Roebuck's Rose is a gorgeous house in a stunning setting. It reflects the pictures exactly, but what was an added surprise was how well equipped the house was. There was literally everything you could possibly need and all of great quality too. Watching the sunsets in the back garden was magical, especially when we spotted the resident deer and owl. Thanks for having us!
Wonderful house for multi-generational family birthday celebration. Kitchen and living areas brilliant for all the family with lovely bedrooms too. Gardens front and back were great and so different - for eating, playing games and relaxing too - space for everyone. (We were very lucky with fantastic weather). Location in nature reserve was very relaxing - so peaceful with lovely walks etc.
8 of us stayed at The Owl’s Barn and had a fantastic time. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with fantastic communal areas. Attention to the little details, with a lovely welcome box and fans in every room (needed as it was 30+ degrees throughout our stay) was really appreciated. The barns are connected to the other units on site, but this was no issue as there were clear private spaces for each property. The communication with Sarah in making adjustments prior to our stay, as well as the information packs and fast responses were super and made our stay really easy and straightforward...more
