After ten years of visiting the Edinburgh Fringe, this was by far the best accommodation I found. The location alone is enough reason to book it, it's a rare privilege to be able to stay so centrally in town during the festival, the closest I've stayed before was about 20min walking from the Royal Mile - this apartment brought it down to 2min. On top of that, the apartment was well cleaned and furnished, essentials were there, there could be a few extra pillows as the pillows were very thin, but nothing large to point out as a negative. A bit loud on the street side, but that's to be expected, and good earplugs should help against that.

Everything was really great - starting from easy check-in and really warm welcome with flowers in a vase, fruit basket + cookies + coffee (even small milk bottle in the fridge). Great communication with owner, sparkling clean bathrooms and bedding sheets, excellent location in the old city of Edinburgh. Appartment with great soul - my daughter absolutely loved it (and not just she, me too).

The apartment has a great location and it is great for 4 people. It was clean and has everything you need. Being in the middle of old town can get a bit noisy. We had a great time.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. Nicely decorated and it had all the appliances we needed. It was ideally located for restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The front rooms are very light and noisy so an eye mask and earplugs are recommended

Clean and attractive flat in excellent location. Rooms are spacious and well set up. Lots of terrific dining and interesting sights nearby.

Location is amazing! Bed was comfortable! Everything was clean and hosts were very responsive. Kitchen is a bit scant if you want to do some actual cooking but tons of food nearby. Great value.

My party and I had a good stay in Edinburgh. The apartment was spacious and clean, apart from a few dirty dishes that hadn’t been cleaned from the last guests. The rooms are comfortable, as is the bathroom. I advice future guests bring earplugs, as one bedroom and the living room face a busy street, and the windows aren’t very good at keeping the noise out. All in all I recommend this place for any travellers.
