Muntham House is excellent, very clean and well-equipped. Adam is a very diligent host. Our only slight grumble was that the mattress on the bed is very soft, but that's as much personal preference as a complaint. We will definitely be returning.
We had a wonderful stay at Muntham Apartments, Torquay. Our apartment (4) was immaculately presented, beautifully furnished and had a very comfortable bed and top-spec bathroom. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. We were particularly impressed with how dog-friendly the apartment was with blankets and treats provided and access to a beautiful communal garden. A stylish, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would happily return and highly recommend Muntham Apartments.
This is our 3rd stay at the Muntham Townhouse, and, as always, we had a fantastic time. The house is exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean. There are lovely touches such as an amazing welcome pack, quality toiletries, plenty of towels, toilet rolls, cleaning products etc. We love the Wellswood area where the house is situated, you're in-between Torand Babbacombe which suits us just fine. The only disappointment this year was that we didn't get to chat with Adam and Grant. Wecwoukd certainly recommend and would return.

Had a wonderful time at the Muntham apartments . We stayed in apt 3 . Everything was lovely the apartment is done to a high standard and has everything you need . They have thought of everything . We had amazing weather while we were there any really enjoyed sitting in the gardens . The gardens are well taken care of and very relaxing to be in . Adam the owner was lovely and very helpful .The gardener was also called Adam who was very friendly. We were made very welcome . Would definitely recommend these apartments and hopingbto return next year . Beautiful area of torquay .
We had the perfect week away. Not only was the weather incredible but the apartment made the week even better! The apartment has everything you need! It’s super comfortable and feels really homely. The apartment was super clean and we were left milk for a cuppa tea after our long journey. Not only that, we were left little brownies and custard creams which was such a nice, yummy treat! It’s so nice being able to leave the windows open all day and feel so safe and secure. It’s in such a peaceful location! Muntham Apartments are a real gem - had a wonderful week away made even better by our apartment. Beautiful, well laid out, very clean, some wonderful little touches (welcome drinks and chocolate in the very modern and well equipped kitchen, toiletries and bath robes in the spacious shower room), use of the well taken care of garden, very welcoming and great to have a parking space too. Would definitely book again with them and would highly recommend to others too. A great base to discover Devon from.
