Muntham House is excellent, very clean and well-equipped. Adam is a very diligent host. Our only slight grumble was that the mattress on the bed is very soft, but that's as much personal preference as a complaint. We will definitely be returning.
Room #4 for this trip. Really comfortable:lovely touches eg provisions (milk,washing up liquid,foil,Diet Coke ,toiletries,biscuits,lemon drizzle cake,):facilities-accomodation,gardens,Wellswood (thriving). Babbacombe/Torquay harbour,loads of shops,restaurants. Paignton & Shaldon Zoo + the Donkey Sanctuary,Kent's Cavern,Agatha Christie/Fawlty Towers walks. Of course, Adam,Grant and the + staff add to the character. Thanks yet again!

I had an absolutely fabulous week staying at Muntham! Gorgeous building and apartment - beautifully decorated and so comfortable. I felt so relaxed from day one - just what i needed, along with my little Shit ztu who was very much welcomed. Thank you to Grant and Adam the owners, so, so nice. I will be back!
Had a wonderful time at the Muntham apartments . We stayed in apt 3 . Everything was lovely the apartment is done to a high standard and has everything you need . They have thought of everything . We had amazing weather while we were there any really enjoyed sitting in the gardens . The gardens are well taken care of and very relaxing to be in . Adam the owner was lovely and very helpful .The gardener was also called Adam who was very friendly. We were made very welcome . Would definitely recommend these apartments and hopingbto return next year . Beautiful area of torquay .
We had another wonderful stay at Muntham apartments. The property was immaculately kept, comfortable and had everything we could have wished for. Adam and Grant are always welcoming with great knowledge of the area for places to visit. This was our 7th stay across their various holiday homes. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their properties and are already looking forward to our next visit!
Our third stay and the attention to detail is simply wonderful. The award winners in the bay are often not quite as good as they think they are with very average water pressures in the showers, rough bath robes, etc. This is not the case at Muntham. An older building delivering 21st century modernity with fabulous bathrooms, spotless grouting and flooring. I always say at Muntham that we feel that we are the first to have ever used the bathroom.
