From the first point of contact and throughout until the end of our holiday, Mark and Grant were professional, helpful, friendly and totally focused on our holiday being a great experience.
And as for our apartment, there’s only one word to describe it WOW, it was spacious, clean and comfortable in every room, and the facilities and amenities were first class.
Bad accommodations can ruin a holiday from day one, but we had a fantastic holiday and we enjoyed the whole experience. And we will be returning to use Torquay Lettings again definitely, the whole experience exceeded all of our expectations and more. 10/10

Lovely standard of accommodation and a great location for walking into Torquay and Paignton. The only downside is the noise from the main road to the front and the railway to the rear of the property.

This top floor apartment with lift is a great place to stay if you are looking for a two bed, two bath apartment and are traveling with one or two elderly parents. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The location is great situated midway between Torquay and Paignton is a pleasant relatively flat walk either way, perfect for a wheelchair. This was our second visit and the great weather this year finished it off.

Comfortable modern apartment. Lift access with great views. Had everything you could need. Spotlessly clean. Great communication from booking to vacating. Ideal position for getting to different places. Bus stop virtually outside apartment with access to all attractions and all other areas of the English Riviera. 20-25 minute walk to Torquay. Parking available also with apartment. Great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, well furnished with quality fittings. Everything needed for a home from home stay.
The one negative was the noise from the busy road at the front and the railway line at the rear to the apartment.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, in fact everything we were expecting. However, the only issue we have is the 10 o’clock departure time If we stayed in a B&B I would still be able to have breakfast at 10.30 the same with a hotel stay. A more leisurely departure. A stay in this apartment is not cheap in fact it’s at the top end of what is available so to be rushed out at 10 o’clock was very irritating and a very big red flag which may cause us to look else where for our next visit. This would stop us recommending this accommodation to others.

Hello John, Thank you for taking the time in posting your review of The Sea View Suite. I can see from your booking that you chose not to opt in for a later check when you made the booking so my cleaners arrived at 10.30am. For a small fee we do offer a later departure time which was clearly shown during your booking process. Please also remember the longer you stay, the lower the nightly rate charged and yes a 2 night stay at the weekend during school holidays is going to be a higher rate compared to other dates in the year.

We booked the apartment for a base for our wedding at a nearby hotel and found it met our needs well.
Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms and generous space in a tastefully decorated lounge with great views.
I must we found the sofa very uncomfortable as the back was too low with no head support.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.
